During your try-out day you will get to know our facilities. We'll give you a short tour, and make sure you know where to go.

Onboarding

Successful try-out? Then please make an appointment for your onboarding meeting. We'll discuss your expectations and goals, and draw up a schedule.

The lessons are challenging, murderous, instructive and fun.

What started once a week has now become a 'healthy' addiction.

You have the oppertunity to train and improve on cardio, power and technique and you get motivated coaches who always want to get the best out of you and correcting you where necessary.

What I like so much about crossfit is that each class has different exercises.

If there is an exercise that I don't know or can't do, I get help from the coach so i can improve.

It also gives me more strength.

The WOD (Workout Of the Day) makes me sweat a lot at the end of the lesson".

Exercises with the bar and weights are my favorite.

I can really have fun here.

I used to attend gymnastics too, but at CrossFit the same exercises are used as well: handstand, swinging on the rings, rope climbing, ...

We get a lot of attention from the coaches because we work out in small groups.
