The philosophy of CrossFit is not to specialize in one specific sport because it leads to one-sided physical development. Trainings consist of a warm-up, a technical part to learn the Crossfit movements and an intensive training 'Workout of the Day' (WOD) lasting 10 to 20 minutes. The results of this WOD are tracked on a whiteboard to easily track your progress.

New to the world of CrossFit? Not sure if CrossFit is right for you? Then we've got the best deal for you!

The starter pack includes 1 free trial lesson followed by 30 days access to all CrossFIt WOD classes. The first two lessons will also be an introduction to correct posture and techniques, given by a private coach during one of the CrossFit WOD lessons.

You can participate with the starter pack in all CrossFit-WOD classes and this 2x a week for a period of 4 weeks (2 intro classes excl. trial class included).
